Since the beginning of the worldwide financial crisis, individuals with productive work-lives in organisations have often faced redundancy at mid-career. Integrating psychotherapy with deep understanding of work organisations, I extend my executive consultation work to individuals seeking to re-envision their occupational future, by maximizing the knowledge and skills acquired over their professional lifetime.
Organisations, like families and couples, are social systems. When one individual or department goes out of alignment, other parts of the system jump in to compensate. I also offer consultation in assessing and suggesting approaches to addressing the dis-functions within complex social systems.
